Shipping Policy

We sell and ship to the United States only. If you have any problems getting a shipping rate while checking out please send us a note using the contact form and I'll see if I can accommodate.

This table shows the approximate amount of time it will take to arrive at your door from the time you place your order. Note that the days are business days, Monday through Friday and that these estimates apply only to shipments within the United States.

Currently, we only ship via USPS.

Shipping Method Business Days
USPS Priority Mail 3-4 Business Days
USPS First Class 3-5 Business Days

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. We normally ship the day after you place your order but arrival time is difficult to estimate. Generally, your order should arrive within 2 weeks. For instance, when shipping to Canada, USPS will hand off the package to Canada Post and USPS tracking system becomes invalid at that point.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, the weight is usually rounded up to the next full pound.

Signature Confirmation

Note that our shipments do not normally require signature confirmation. If the total price of the order is over $150, we will most likely require a signature confirmation. If you want signature confirmation, please leave a note when you check out or send email to request it.

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will be able to select various delivery methods. If the chosen free shipping method you select cost to us is substantially higher than other methods, we will use a less expensive method. For example, if you order one set of pegs and select FedEx Ground for free shipping, we will change that to USPS First Class Mail because FedEx Ground may cost more than the entire order.
