Returns Policy

You may return items for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not because of our error, you pay the return shipping cost and are refunded the total you paid less the initial shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please do not call me on the phone to return an item. I am usually working at the shop and cannot easily access the internet to process your request or possibly won't even hear the phone. Use one of the methods below to return your item.

To Return an Item If You Have Created An Account With Us

If you need to return an item and you created an account with us, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

To Return an Item and You Didn't Create an Account With Us

Contact us through the contact form. Please include the order number which you can find in the email we sent you to verify your order.
