This stunning 3D Carving took over 4 hours to machine, not including the time to make the frame and apply finish. The frame is sapele (mahogany) and the carving is a single piece of poplar. The unique piece of poplar makes this a one-of-a-kind item. The carving is hand finished with oil based urethane and the frame is finished with shellac.
