Payment
We accept all major credit card through ProPay, Paypal, or Google Checkout. All of these payment methods are well known to be very secure. Your credit card is processed entirely through these secure systems and credit card numbers are never transmitted to us.
Shipping
We ship to the United States. We have also shipped to Canada but shipping rates will need to be calculated manually.
Most items are shipped within one business day. The exceptions are custom orders, carvings, and engravings which are normally completed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Complex projects could take longer.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and return it within 7 days to receive a full refund. The obvious exception is custom work, engravings, and carvings which cannot be resold, and which case no refund will be given.
