This is a fairly tall box is made of flame maple, lacewood, mahogany, and quarter-sawn sycamore. I was commissioned to make a cremation urn and I made two, but can be used to store anything. It displays beautifully.

♦ Flame maple and lacewood sides
♦ Sapele (mahogany) and quarter sawn sycamore top, with a thin border of curly maple
♦ The sides are mitered and strengthened with mahogany splines
♦ Finished and polished with an oil / urethane mixture on the outside
♦ Natural unfinished interior has a fresh wood aroma
♦ Chamfered edges on the top and bottom.

Note that this box has not been stained or dyed.
