Brand new hand made hardwood Pegs And Jokers board game including pegs and 8 hardwood game paddles. The game is also known as Marbles And Jokers, Jokers and Pegs, the Social Security Game, and Jokers and Marbles.

For ages 7 and up. 2 to 8 players.

The hardwood game paddles are 12" long and 3/4" thick, are sealed and finished with urethane, and will last for generations!

All you need is cards. The game includes everything else needed to play an up to 8 player game.

♦ Eight 12" solid hardwood game paddles made of 4 different hardwoods. Each paddle is 3/4" thick.

You only need to supply 4 decks of playing cards. Decks of playing cards add weight to your package which increases your shipping cost so we offer the option to purchase decks of playing cards separately.

Hardwood Game Paddles

Each hardwood game paddle is 12 inches long and is finished with a durable FDA approved urethane finish. The wood is harvested here in Upstate New York from replenished forests.

You will get 8 game paddles made from four different hardwoods. 2 Cherry paddles, 2 Walnut paddles, 2 Curly Maple paddles, and 2 paddles of another hardwood. The fourth hardwood depends on availability but will probably be ambrosia maple, oak, birch, or ash.

The paddles interlock with round mortise and tenon joints (see the photos).

Pegs

You get 6 pegs for each game paddle: A total of 48 painted wooden pegs of eight different colors (Natural Yellow, Blue, Black, White, Silver, Orange and Red).

Although only 40 pegs are needed to play an 8-player game (5 pegs per player), our unique design adds one stationary peg to each paddle. This unique design allows each player or team to choose both a hardwood paddle and a peg color. Players can easily see each color's home position even if all of a player's pegs are in play.

Size

Each paddle is 12 inches long and about 3" high. They are 3/4" thick solid hardwood.

* A 4 player game consumes 12 inches square.
* A 6 player game consumes 20 inches square.
* An 8 player game consumes 27 inches square.
